1. Click "Start".
2. Click "Search".
3. Under the Apps list, select "Control Panel".
4. Now, under the control panel list, scroll down and select "More Settings".
5. A new page should open where you can see a button labeled "Programs" with a link under it called "Uninstall a program".  Click that "Uninstall a program" link
6. Right click on the "Office" or "Excel" program that is in your list.
7. Click the "Change" button.  This should open the installation window for "Office" or "Excel"
8. Select "Add or Remove Features"
9. Click "Continue"
10. Click the "+" sign next to Microsoft Excel
11. Click the downward pointing triangle next to .Net Programmability Support
12. Click on "Run From My Computer"
13. Click "Continue"

This will install the .Net Support that is need for our program to function.
